Silicone Breast Augmentation – This patient desired fuller breasts and presented with mild breast asymmetry. She underwent silicone breast augmentation with 425cc high-profile implants on both the right and left sides. A right nipple-areolar lift was also performed to improve symmetry and achieve a more balanced, natural-looking result.
