Mommy Makeover - This patient came to us after having lost 140lbs from a gastric sleeve and then maintaining her weight with diet and exercise. She was unhappy with the loose abdominal skin and sagging breasts. She underwent a circumferential abdominoplasty (body lift) and a breast reduction/ lift.
