Breast Lift with Augmentation – After breastfeeding four children, this patient was unhappy with the drooping and asymmetry of her breasts and wanted to restore the fuller D-cup appearance she had prior to pregnancy. She underwent a breast lift with an anchor incision in combination with breast augmentation using high profile silicone implants. A 450 cc implant was placed on the right and a 500 cc implant on the left to restore lost volume and improve overall breast symmetry.
