Face and Neck Lift with CO2 Laser – This patient had previously undergone several laser and nonsurgical treatments to address signs of skin aging and excess fullness beneath her chin, however she still continued to have skin laxity and fullness throughout the face and neck. She underwent a face and neck lift with submentoplasty to address deeper fat and contour the neck, an upper blepharoplasty, combined with full face CO2 laser resurfacing to improve skin tone and texture.
