Breast Lift with Augmentation – This patient had previously undergone a breast reduction but wanted a more lifted appearance with increased upper pole fullness while maintaining a natural look. She underwent a breast lift with 250 cc silicone implants placed beneath the chest muscle to enhance shape and restore volume.
